Attorney Mario Arras is the Managing Partner of Mario Arras Law Firm, PLLC.

Born in Chihuahua Mexico, Mario Arras has proudly carried on the values instilled upon him by his maternal grandfather, Pedro Abel Saenz Sandoval, consistent with integrity, honesty, compassion, preparation, and hard work.

Mario Arras received his Honors Degree in English from the University of Utah in 2002.  While attending school full time, Mario Arras also worked full time for the State of Utah Youth Corrections Division ( now known as Juvenile Justice Services). Upon graduation from the University of Utah, Mario Arras became a Youth Corrections Counselor, working towards the rehabilitation and return into society of incarcerated youth.

In 2007 Mario Arras received his Juris Doctor Degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. While in Law School, he completed externships with The State of Utah Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel, the law offices of Yengich & Xaiz, and an immigration law firm.  During law school, Mario Arras also worked for Ascione, Heideman & McKay dealing in matters of real estate development, trusts, divorce, securities fraud litigation, and private securities offerings for the establishment of a bank—still in sound operation.

After graduating from law school, Mario Arras was recruited by Fidelity Investments to work as a financial representative. After passing his FINRA accreditations exams, Mario Arras received his Series 7 and Series 63 licenses to become a full securities trader for Fidelity Investments for approximately 3 years.

Returning to his to passion for the law, Mario Arras passed Utah State Bar exam and was sworn into the practice of law in the State of Utah and the United States Court for the District of Utah on May 18, 2010.
